Sam began his journey with Macs Services as an apprentice, quickly showing his dedication, skill, and passion for the access industry. Through hands-on training and hard work, he developed his expertise in MEWP and cherry picker servicing, repairs, and maintenance.

Today, Sam is a qualified Workshop Engineer, playing a vital role in keeping our fleet – and our customers’ machines – in top condition. From routine inspections to complex repairs, he ensures every job is carried out to the highest standard of safety and reliability.

Sam’s progression from apprentice to engineer is a great example of our commitment to developing talent and supporting the next generation in the industry.
